Mes principales missions ont été : - La compréhension d’un domaine d’activité complexe, la réglementation douanière dans le secteur des Vins et Alcools. - La refonte du support de présentation de l’entreprise respectant la charte graphique : PowerPoint, site internet. - La rédaction et création de contenu : Articles d'actualité, publications Linkedin, visuels illustratifs (images, pictogrammes). - La créations et déclinaisons de templates de newsletters en accord avec la charte graphique. - La réflexion autour de l’amélioration du référencement naturel (SEO) du site internet avec l’outil Semrush.

The challenge of this internship was to produce the brand's communication strategy. My main missions have been : - The declination of the digital strategy. - Writing content on the website (blog articles, text paragraphs...). - Creation of content for social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram...). - Creation of adequate visuals (images, banners...). - The identification of events related to the company's sector, as well as the effective participation in one of them (Collision@Home - https://collisionconf.com/). - The realization of the support of presentation of the company and its services, by concretizing a "Pitch Deck" respecting the graphic charter (PowerPoint template). - The realization of a market study on the competitive environment of FEELIN, allowing the strengths and weaknesses of each, as well as of the startup, to be highlighted. - The organization and structuring of a communication plan: the implementation of a follow-up of tasks / deadlines / responsibilities for the whole team. Already very interested in the digital field, the Canadian company ZOOP welcomed me to its Estonian offices, along with a small team of IT Project managers and Operations managers. During this ten-week internship at ZOOP, my main missions were to document the functioning of the company, describe the data transfer processes in detail and assist my internship tutor in his IT project manager role. I gave details about ZOOP ecosystem of servers and networks view by location and providers. I used Visio, a flow chart program, on a daily basis. I have also been in contact with many employees abroad via Skype. My internship at ZOOP went well. I was welcomed with benevolence by a caring team and in a very good working environment. This internship in Estonia brings me knowledge about personal data protection, vocabulary about digital technologies and skills to work in companies. Show less
