       Raised money through donations, fundraisers, and discounts, for national hunger relief projects during COVID-19, where we collaborated with top businesses in South Africa including Agri SA, Total and African Tikkun to distribute over 100 tonnes of food. Created a database for over 1000 individuals, where all companies affiliated with the Mike Loutfie Foundation can effectively communicate with each other and run projects online. This database allowed collaboration between companies across the world. The Mike Loutfie Foundation secured collaborations with top national agricultural businesses through relationship building and excellent project outcomes. Upskilled and empowered five community centres (+- 200 people) across South Africa by teaching them to plant their fresh produce at their centres. The centres also actioned enterprise development ideas with the excess produce and created an income for these centres through our lead. Created and implemented a system to link vulnerable charities to the fresh produce that the RSA Group has available. Through the new system, 450 individuals are being fed weekly and the Mike Loutfie Foundation facilitates this entire project. The UN Summit Game Changers Lab selected our Food Bank proposal for creating new and improved food systems globally, and the Foundation acts as the community and wellness render for the cohort.

       Raised funds through government grants for the RSA Group and used it to upskill and empower 150 employees through Bursaries, Internships, Learnerships and skills programmes.  Managed a team of 6 Learning- and Development students, of which four was offered a permanent position at RSA and received awards of outstanding accomplishments. Implemented and facilitated company-wide presentations and training for over 1000 employees in 9 provinces, which resulted in more adjusted and informed employees, increasing the productivity and income for the business.
