Essential Responsibilities • Work in conjunction with the Senior Director to establish quarterly sales action plans for the department and for each team member, as forecasted by prior year achievements • Maintain and improve long-standing relationships with key partners• Prepare contractual agreements and ensure they are being honored• Work cross functionally with the program development team to keep current with trends, competitors, and feedback from the field as it relates to program and service demands, to identify and establish new outreach and sales opportunities.• Design marketing campaigns using platforms such as Robly, Canva, & PowerPoint, as well as overseeing national and transnational outreach through phone and email• Develop all coaching and outreach templates and disseminate to the PS team, keeping current with department changes and sharing any necessary updates• Monitor services coaching tracker to ensure obligations are being met in a timely manner, communicating any anomalies or concerns to the correlating coordinator• Collaborate with and mentor coordinators on best practices, providing needed tools and updated materials to ensure all business needs are met, directing and supporting work as needed• Call occasional check-ins with coordinators to ensure that all team members are contributing to building and maintaining a high-performance, positive, and collaborative culture• Train new team members both in office and on Zoom, revising and updating the training plan as needed.• Serve as head of the department in the absence of the Senior Director
