  Research Title: An Evaluation of a Nutrition Education and Cooking Skills Programme (NEST) In Vulnerable Adults who are at High Risk of Food Insecurity. This quasi-experimental quantitative analysis used pre-developed pre- post- and follow-up surveys to determine the effect of the OzHarvest NEST programme on food literacy and food security immediately and 6 months after programme completion. This research will be orally presented at the Nutrition Society of Australia 2022 Annual Scientific Conference in Perth, WA, later this year.
