Jade's a great guy. Positive, intelligent, and likes a good laugh. He's also a very talented coder, and a very good instructor. I count myself fortunate to have been taught front-end development by Jade, particularly React. He's got a natural ability to explain and demonstrate concepts; he motivates you to push yourself; and he's patient and kind when maybe you don't "get it" at first ha ha. I can't recommend Jade highly enough as a coder, instructor, mentor, and all-round nice person to know!

I had the pleasure of being one of Jade's students during the NumericALL Coding Jobs Bootcamp in February/March of 2022. Jade taught parts of the Frontend module and the entirety of the React module. Jade has an unparallened ability to deliver information in a concise, understandable manner. He can distill topics to their most baseline level and make even complex concepts seem simple. He was able to teach us the basics of React in just over a week and that foundation has given me the tools to A) build more complex React applications and B) branch out into learning other Frontend frameworks. His passion for web development and teaching is infectious. Jade has a very active teaching style. He is willing to literally lay on the floor if it means his students will fully understand a concept. As an instructor, Jade is patient and kind to his students. He is very aware of possible sticking points and always has a plan to mitigate or further explain those concepts to bring all studnets up to a good baseline of understanding. When you ask Jade a question, regardless of how obvious, he will never make you feel foolish and by the time he's finished, you will fully understand and be equipped with the tools to find answers yourself in the future. His enthusiasm in the Frontend module encouraged me to pursue Frontend development which is my current career and I could not imagine what my Bootcamp experince would have been like without excellent instructors like Jade. Overall, Jade is an excellent instructor who does everything in his power to support his students' success. In my opinion, he would be an invaluable asset to any teaching staff.
