  As Visual Merchandising Team Leader at Topshop Bracknell, I had a number of responsibilities: > I was responsible for the directional styling of the windows in both Topshop and Topman, following the up-to-date VM guides, and ensuring the styling was suited to our target audience, and understanding what is best suited in our window for our "Bracknell Consumer". > I would analyse our weekly figures and Merchandise the floor in a way to drive sales, and while recognising our Best Sellers, also finding ways of driving our weak departments in order to grow our sales figures. > I also helped launch our Sales, and Student events. I confidently talked through the reasoning behind our Visual Direction in the store, while highlighting our best sellers and product drivers throughout the store. > I thoroughly enjoyed the creative aspect of the job role, and as well as the practical elements of the Visual Merchandising and Styling, as a Team Leader, I would also drive the team, ensuring that everyone is working hard and most importantly, delivering the best customer service for our consumers. > I was also responsible for opening up our store and cashing up at the end of the day, whilst maintaining the Office Administration that had to be completed throughout the day.
