      Currently lead the successful Sports & Exercise Science, Public Service, Health & Social Care, Fitness, Academy of Sport and Sports Development team, whereby I am responsible for drawing up and fully implementing an annual operational action plan, based upon the College Strategic Vision and ensure the Section remains responsive and delivers an accessible, comprehensive and quality curriculum with maximum efficiency and effectiveness. Lead on the Sport England Active Colleges projects, resulting in a year on year increase in participation of 16-19 year olds across the college taking part in physical activity. During this time I have led the sport and leisure team though two successful Ofsted inspection. With the college achieving it's first grade 2 ever.I take a lead in promoting the College as a provider of coaching and performance excellence in training at all levels, liaising with external agencies such as national governing bodies, sports clubs and sports associations, and responding to initiatives as and when they arise. I am also responsible for the day-to-day management of the School’s ongoing projects and initiatives. Active member of the AoC Head of Sport London Network.
