The daily tasks and responsibilities that I had to quickly learn were: • managing the key fobs for the door that deliveries would be received through and stock would be transported through. • I had to multi task, be quick, communicate and respond accurately over a radio. • I was also responsible for doing a system refresh of stock every 5 minutes as well as collecting extra stock as needed for the footwear and children’s department. • Collecting customer’s online orders and signing them off using a handheld computing system was also a job I took on whilst there. I feel my time in this position gave me an eye opening inside to the functions of a retailer. Show less
