Jul 2022 - Present
I am responsible for consulting on the digital learning roadmap of the organisation to ensure we are positioned to move forwards with sustainability, flexibility and high standards. This includes managing our virtual learning environment (VLE), BPS Learn, a recently implemented Moodle Workplace platform and line management of the Digital Learning Team. I work closely with my team, colleagues from across the organisation and external stakeholders to facilitate a range of projects from CPD, qualifications and training following industry established eLearning processes. I coordinate the supplier contract and liaison with internal and external stakeholders to further integrate the platform with the Society's digital real estate. I am skilled in using and training others to use various VLE systems, authoring software (such as Articulate, Captivate and Adapt) and Adobe Creative Cloud apps to develop bespoke digital learning solutions for varied and complex requirements.

I was responsible for the VLE and developing digital learning solutions. This included providing consultations to various departments across the Trust and HART (Hazardous Area Response Team) to advise and plan bespoke eLearning to support their practice. Furthermore, I developed the eLearning, checked it against clinical and company standards, tested it with pilot groups and gained feedback for evaluation and continual improvement. I used a combination of Totara LMS, Adapt authoring and Adobe CC to create learning packages. In addition to consultations and development, I also provided troubleshooting support to colleagues and learners. This also included training administrators on how to handle common queries.
