Jade is a pleasure to work with because her pleasant and positive attitude can make nearly any work seem fun and interesting. She usually stands out among the group because of her ability to effectively communicate complex topics and always handled any position fairly by making sure everyone had equal amounts of work that they enjoyed. Over the years, this ability has been very useful for the company and has helped alleviate several problems which arose. Another great attribute is her ability to skillfully move around obstacles as they present themselves making her achieve both company and personal goals. If we had someone in our group who would continuously complain, rather than getting upset, Jade would continue to point out the positives until the person began to enjoy themselves. With her relentless motivation and her knowledge, Jade would bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to any company. I know she would be an excellent fit for any organization.

      Main task is to manage a virtual roster of independent contractors to ensure we meet or exceed project or program targets set by the client.
