B2B Support Supervisor
-
Nov 2016 - Mar 2018
As the B2B Support Supervisor, I coach a small team of customer service agents dedicated to serving our valued wholesale customers. Our product is the SoClean— a unique, water-less CPAP sanitizing device. Daily, it's our priority to field a high volume of customer inquiries, ensure all orders are entered quickly, and keep both parcel and pallet shipments moving out the door. As the team leader, I also monitor open orders. When required, I coordinate with the customer, internal contacts, the LTL company, and/or our third party warehouse to resolve any issues delaying fulfillment. In the first quarter of 2017, we embarked on a rapid 5-month NetSuite implementation. In that transition from our legacy system to a full ERP, I was able to help define our requirements to best serve the needs of our wholesale customers.
