Managing up to 100 crew and 8 manager at times, this position was challenging, but I thrived on the challenge becoming a very successful store manager at various locations in the Hunter & Newcastle.I supervised all areas to ensure the operation of the business was at a AAA standard.Training, Recruitment, Maintenance, Rostering, Food Safety, OH&S and Food Cost were just some of the areas for which I oversaw the management of.
