Based in Sydney I was responsible for the training, motivation and development of all team members across the three divisions (A&C, Goldmark & Tourism). Communication was a key aspect of this role as responsibilities included all internal communication coming from head office. Special projects during my tenure with A&C included temporary relief of the Marketing Manager, Development of Policy and Procedure, Implementations of buy now pay later finance options and set up of the phone/online sales department.
