  I am the Director responsible for the Interim Management Services of BWNL to Registered Social Landlords and Local Authorities. I help our clients through recruitment gaps, special leave, work peaks, skills shortages and project management with quality committed experienced senior interim housing and finance managers. I am responsible for the day to day running of BWNL and the support services required by the Company. I am also responsible for Quality Assurance in terms of services delivered by BWNL. I joined BWNL in April 2006, having previously been employed at One Housing Group. I have over 20 years experience in the Housing Sector having carried out a variety of roles ranging from Housing Officer to Maintenance Co-ordinator. Whilst employed at One Housing Group I was responsible for the day to day management of a successful private market rent subsidiary of the Association. I was also a member of the project group responsible for integrating smaller RSLs into One Housing Group’s structure following takeover to include integrating existing systems and staff.
