I hired Jacques to improve my executive team's effectiveness.Having experience with several organizations, he did not push a theoretical model of an ideal team on us.Jacques preferred to improve our performance knowing a team is never perfect and considering the natural alliances which existed when he arrived. He gave us an honest diagnosis (there is no fake new in Jacques' world!) and he clearly understood that the solutions to improve effectiveness that matter most are the ones team members agree on together. I found it refreshing that, when his work was done,he was the first to say so and he made no effort to extend his mandate.

Jacques helped us to grow as an executive team, improving our effectiveness and way of collaborating, driving us to achieve great results. He has an excellent ability to diagnose an executive team’s weak points and helped everyone self-reflect so we could develop as a team and trace our path forward. He has great inter-personal and coaching skills. Jacques is not only an excellent professional is also very pleasant to work with (everyone on my team appreciated him).
