He always takes the time out to understand the detail around the delivery from his teams, often with a goal of trying to provide them with the right type of guidance and support as well as a few creative thoughts & ideas so that the delivery can be enhanced or improved. In many circumstances, he will go the extra mile for his team which is an admirable quality as a leader. By nature, he comes across as a Digital addict always thinking of digital ideas and wanting to get his hands on the latest digital tech. I have enjoyed working with Jacques over the years and the relationship built over time. He is indeed an innovative leader!

I had a pleasure to work directly with Jacques for around 3 years and I must say it was a great learning experience. Jacques is the leader of the future and knows how to bring the best out of his team. He is ahead of the technology curve and always has the end customer in mind while leveraging latest technology. His bold leadership helped us try out various innovations leading to completely revamped distribution channels along with opening up some newer ones. He is a true global leader who understands how to take cross-cultural teams along and is always connected to everyone on ground irrespective of geographical distance.
