Wrote a business plan and 1/3/5 year financials, hired employees, wrote employee job descriptions, developed a benefits package, wrote aircraft manuals for C-130 Hercules, established inventory databases for repairables, rotables and expendables, maintained excellent relations with the FAA, went to the marketplace for commercial insurance on aircraft, and for funding of operation, developed a client base, and a supplier base. I enabled students to receive an education, when none was available in their own country. Duties included: negotiating with US consulates, INS, and Bosnian government officials; convincing schools to accept students on full scholarship, and issue I-20's for them; persuading host families to take them; writing budgets, raising funds to support efforts through public speaking appearances, a Gala Auction, and successful grant writing. Acted as college placement counselor, and guidance counselor. Arranged all transportation, solicited free and reduced fares from airlines and traveled to Bosnia to personally escort students to US.
