I could go on for awhile, but if you need the essentials: Jacquie is an absolute delight and an asset to any team she is a part of. She is excellent with time management, organization, and frankly, people. Her work as Assistant Director for my Senior Capstone short film, "Valentines" was an absolute lifesaver. While keeping a positive attitude, she expertly managed the crew and kept our film shooting on track through two chaotic night shoots, an extended studio day, and 2 short reshoots. Often an assistant director is not well-liked by the crew, due to their nature as the "strict parent" of filming. This was not the case for Jacquie, who perfectly hit a balance of reminding what we needed to get done by what time in the schedule, as well as acknowledging the people in the crew, like when it was obvious members of the cast and crew needed breaks. She could always find some workaround that made things get done yet kept the cast and crew positive and energized. If you want someone to figure out how to get a project done both well and in a timely matter, I highly recommend considering Jacquie.
