In this volunteer role, I led the volunteer Marketing and Communications team and while reporting to the Board of Management, responsibilities included: developed and implemented the Marketing and Communications Strategy; delivered integrated digital marketing campaigns; coordinated production of marketing collateral and media releases; delivered on communications support for events and fundraising and coordinated a volunteer team of writers, photographers, videographers, designers and web staff. Achievements• Achieved 70% growth in Instagram followers and consistent above median engagement; 50% growth in member recruitment within eight months of executing integrated marketing campaigns. • Developed the digital communications and marketing strategy for multiple audiences across multiple channels, including social, video and web building networks among media and healthcare professionals• Initiated content strategy incorporating member and lived-experienced content, including conducting interviews, and producing stories for online, video or print media.• Identified, recommended and implemented improvements for marketing and communications activities and updating website.• Developed and executed the End of Financial Year Fundraising and Limb Difference Awareness Week 2020 campaigns• Developed brand guidelines including visual identity and messaging for Aussie Hands
