Jackie is that rare breed that comes along much too infrequently in our professional lives! Jackie is able perform well in either a subordinate or lead role - both hats fit her equally. While she is certainly capable of providing direction, she does not "ruffle" at the idea of taking direction from another. She is able to work well in either a group or individual environment. When working on a group project, Jackie is unafraid to share her thoughts, ideas and past experiences to help the others make informed decisions.
