Jacqueline graduated from the University of Central Arkansas with an undergraduate degree in public administration. As the public administration program director, I have known Jacqueline for many years as one of my advisees and students. Jacqueline is a bright, articulate young woman who exhibits a great desire to pursue a career with a non-profit organization. Academically, Jacqueline was the top public administration student in our program in 2008. Jacqueline won the Department of Political Science Outstanding Student in Public Administration Award in 2008. Also in 2008, she was awarded a Founders’ Forum Fellowship to attend the annual conference of the American Society for Public Administration in Dallas, Texas. At UCA, Jacqueline was a model student. She is exceptionally hard working and motivated. Jacqueline has excellent writing, organization, and public speaking skills.
