Collaborates with respective HR business partner teams to coordinate these processes and related follow up. Coordinates arrangements with HR business partner teams related to on-boarding and off-boarding activities. Fulfills responsibilities related to off-board terming employees to ensure all necessary next steps and notification are completed accurately and timely. Supports HR Business Partners in meeting with employees and processing FMLA, disability, workers’ compensation claims and other benefit paperwork, conducting exit interviews, investigating, and developing responses to employee relations issues. Actively participates in HR work planning, program development and strategy teams. With HR business unit leadership, establishes personal and professional development plan to enhance HR knowledge and skills, improved capabilities, and broader exposure to assignments to identify career path and developmental needs to achieve success in role and opportunities for growth.
