As the Lead - Quality Auditor I was responsible for the planning and execution of internal and external audits affecting the Energy Business. This included internal project and process audits as well as external supplier audits. I was responsible for maintaining our organizational audit schedule, audit planning, audit scope approval, audit reports, audit report distribution and obtaining timely feedback from auditees. I was also responsible for the development of additional auditors within our Energy business, as well as lead and manage the Quality Auditors in the Quality Management Services Department. Monitoring and managing the CAPA program for internal audits. Executing process improvement projects to continue streamlining and improving our functional processes.
