  Most of my consultancies have been in Northern Italy and Switzerland, generally either in a start up phase or when numbers required a more complex organisational, didactic and structured framework. My specialty being Recruitment and HR I inevitably and quite naturally coupled my main function to helping each school find its true identity , hence the best and most effective way to run a customised bilingual program taking into account the different approaches to bilingualism, the local area and linguistic background of their students and staff.   I assisted Collegio Villoresi San Giuseppe as a consultant and manager in implementing a strong English Bilingual program K- Year 13, over a 10 year period. The program was very successful and literally became the mainstream program attracting many Italian families who wanted their children to become bilingual and to be exposed to the " learning by doing" methodology of international education without having to give up the Italian culture and native language offered by a prestigious school with strong roots and Catholic Mission. My responsibility was to supervise the entire program, making sure that at each and every level the main principles and objectives of the course were delivered, maintained and developed at the highest possible level. I team worked with a staff of 25 EMT teachers of which 3 had coordinating roles. I worked alongside the directors and Principals of the school to ensure that the project was continuously updated, was respectful of all educational criteria already implemented in the school.
