I was extremely fortunate enough to have met Jacqueline Boulos about a month before ECIVDA Financial started in 2007. Fourteen years ago, ECIVDA was just an idea my stepfather Brian Adams and I had about revolutionizing the financial planning and financial services business. We had come up with a name, were still looking for a place to hang a shingle for our business, and we hadn't hired any employees yet. We've come along way since that time - and Jackie has been there with us. Jackie Boulos came into our world as a recommendation from another peer in the industry. Her incredible personality was evident from our first meeting. Jacqueline, or Jackie as most would end up calling her, is business savvy, and very client-oriented. Jackie had a great deal of experience in health and insurance benefits - having had years of experience managing in Blue Cross, and other financial service firms. There was a period of time when ECIVDA was a small office, with Brian and I having an office next to each other - and Jackie's office across the hall. We built our investment and insurance block from a mid-size book of business to almost 4 x the size in just over a decade. Just over two years ago - I met with Jackie and asked her to be my business manager fo ECIVDA. I laid a map out in front of Jackie on where we were going, and what we planned on doing next. Jackie hasn't backed down from any of these growing challenges and leans in more when we have needed it. Growth at our stage now isn't particularly something you can just watch happen - it takes a lot of effort, coordination, and insight. Jackie has literally encouraged me at my worst times, been open with me when I needed it, and has kept our business surging ahead during unprecedented times (COVID). Jackie recently completed a year-long management course to further her education in business management. We have many exciting things in store ahead, and Jackie Boulos will be a big part of where we go. Jackie is incredibly liked by clients, revered by her colleagues, and very respected by the ownership of ECIVDA.
