  I ran the entire Tennis program at Camp Michigania. This task included managing a team of two staff members and being in charge of the scheduling for the whole summer. The three of us worked together to ensure the safety of the campers, and to make sure they were having a great time while playing tennis. I also managed relationships between myself and my staff, my staff and the camp administration.

  I ran both the archery range and the entire Field Sports program at Camp Michigania. This task included managing a team of three staff members. We worked together to ensure the safety of the campers we were instructing and also to increase the efficiency of the range. Between 2012 and 2013, I was able to increase the quality of the equipment and variety of activities offered by 50%. I also managed relationships between myself and my staff, my staff and the camp administration, and most importantly made sure our customers, the campers, were satisfied and having fun in a safe and friendly environment.
