  Year-Long InternshipLed a project to create and develop a storage and collaboration space for a project team of circa. 80 members using Microsoft Office 365 tools (SharePoint Online / Yammer).As part of a major Transformation Programme, conducted an analysis of key SAP users across the P&G Group, using information gathered to create a series of ‘personas’ which were subsequently used to aid system design.Additionally, designed and developed a set of standardised report templates using various front-end reporting tools (Design Studio, SAP Lumira and Microsoft Excel).Created a series of five tutorials explaining the significance of ‘UX Design Thinking’. Subsequently ran a number of sessions presenting these tutorials to key project team members plus a variety of other interested parties within the P&G Group.As SAP Security Lead for Financial Solutions Europe, administered appropriate SAP user access for colleagues across Europe. Subsequently developed a series of step-by-step user-friendly SAP Security tutorials for consumption by the wider SAP Security community within the P&G Group and ultimately to facilitate handover to my successor.Organised ad-hoc staff events in addition to running morale boosting activities as a standing agenda item during bi-weekly meetings for the local Financial Solutions Team.
