Christopher Lyons
I've worked with Jacob for several years at the Boys and Girls Club of Albany, and he is the best friend and colleague that I've ever had. He and I worked tirelessly to make the building's technology products and services run as seamlessly as physically possible. Jacob and I setup and managed all of the technology used at a variety of events (e.g. auctions, performances, social events, etc.), and have always had an acute attention to detail. I watched Jacob service many different customers and clients simultaneously, and he always made certain that he completely finished whatever he set his fingers and mind to. Jacob has a superior knowledge of networking equipment, and a constant craving to delve into upcoming technologies. The best work we did together was in the Miracles Academy program, where we taught a diverse spectrum of computer skills and software applications to elementary and middle school students. There is a lot more to say, but I'm keeping this brief. I would recommend Jacob to anyone looking for a 'nose to the grindstone' reliable employee or counselor that really knows his stuff with the ins and outs of networking and information technology.
