It was a pleasure managing Jacob on the IT Support team for ASAP. The Tech support team was small, with numerous responsibilities that impacted all departments. When hired for support, I also wanted to provide a safe environment for Jacob to work on his skills in the hopes that he would be able to automate some of our manual tasks and streamline communication eventually. Jacob exceeded all my expectations and quickly became an indispensable asset to the team and organization. It didn't take long before his proficiency in programming apps was particularly impressive. This allowed us to automate tasks and streamline operations efficiently. Jacob did this while still fulfilling the responsibilities of his Tech Support Specialist role. Jacob has a long list of admirable qualities and skills. His reliability, responsibility, talent, and trustworthiness are matched only by his outstanding interpersonal skills and the genuine joy he brings to the workplace. Jacob takes ownership of tasks, completing them with precision and diligence, even in high-pressure situations. His attention to detail and problem-solving skills are also exceptional. Jacob patiently mentored team members providing valuable insights and guidance that greatly enriched their skills and capabilities. He routinely handled sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality, which continually fostered trust within the organization. Jacob also enjoys open communication and idea-sharing so creativity can thrive. Working alongside Jacob was an absolute delight. I genuinely cherished every moment and all the laughs. Jacob played a significant role in my professional growth, and for that, I am very grateful. Working closely with him on numerous automation projects was not only fun, but I learned a great deal. His infectious enthusiasm, positive energy, and remarkable sense of humor made even the most challenging days enjoyable. I thoroughly enjoyed watching Jacob blossom into an exceptionally talented engineer, and I look forward to seeing what he does next!
