I have worked with Jacob Castrejana when I was employed with the San Antonio Metropolitan Ministries and Haven for Hope. During my year and a half at the two organizations, Jacob was a great leader in our residential team. The San Antonio Metropolitan Ministries and Haven for Hope were two large homeless facilities working as one at one location. During this transition Jacob moved very quickly up the ladder within the SAMM organization because of his leadership abilities. Mr. Castrejana’s character is half business and half social service. Mr. Castrejana has the ability to balance business tasks without jeopardizing the social aspect of the community. Mr. Castrejana participated in numerous off campus activities for the residents and assisted with outreach for the SAMM organization and he understands the importance of completing the job without losing focus of the important components, the people. I would recommend Mr. Jacob Castrejana for any opportunity that would present itself.

My experience working with Jacob is incredible. He is somebody that gets the job done and done with great exuberance and passion. Working alongside with Jacob made coming to work great! We work for different partnerships but he was always helpful, courteous and very well manner. He is a great asset with any organization that he would work with.
