Dave Martin, MBA, CPA
Jacob is one of the few people that can step up and take charge when the company is facing difficult decisions. Down sizing isn't easy and the survivors need to work harder, wear more hats and learn skills that were handled by other good people. We made tough calls, but keeping Jacob was one of the best! Thanks to him, I could focus on other areas that needed more attention. And yes, I'd support him again at any time!
Blair Riddick
I worked with Jacob for over a year and a half at Sagetech. During that time he showed exemplary attentiveness to the detailed work of building transponders. He worked tirelessly on big projects with short deadlines and learned the process of manufacturing transponders quickly. He was able to troubleshoot, debug and spot areas of improvement in the work instructions. He was promoted to team lead for good reason, he is dedicated to quality, continual improvement and on-time delivery. The transponder team has a history of wins and I believe that success will continue under his supervision. -Blair Riddick
