  The NextGen Residency is a full time position with Blue Springs Christian Church.   I spent the Summer as site director, overseeing short term mission trips to Rutland, Vermont. I was in charge of site safety, making sure that the three people that worked under me stayed on task, and overseeing of day to day operations, as well as maintaining relationships with sever key community members throughout the area.
