Construct Services provide an expert repair building service to the insurance industry. Specifically, developed and established systems make Construct Services a market leader on both State and National levels within the insurance market.As a Building Supervisor, I am responsible for managing the repair of a property from start to finish. This role involves the inspection of building damage, collation of evidence, developing reports and quotes, and the management of contractual and financial details along with repair work delegation and supervision. I am also accountable for the cost-effective delivery of premium-level repair building services.I have recently moved through the Building Supervisor role to initiate the deployment of a new programme at the company. This has involved the development of a new department and training of new staff members in estimation, inspections and developing new processes and procedures.
