With Valstone, I assisted in due diligence by creating valuation models, researching market trends (by speaking with key brokers in the property's market, analyzing primary information on municipal websites and visited locations directly) as well as drafted investment memorandums for the advisory team. Additionally, I created a macroeconomic analysis that utilizes information from the Bureau of Labor Statics to rank over 300 metropolitan statistical areas across the USA and Puerto Rico based on Z-scores for variables that the user can choose.
