  Gained an internship with the 2nd Law Enforcement Battalion aboard Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, through a program at my high school. I was tasked with training under Marines who were seasoned wheeled vehicle mechanics. During this internship I was able to see how the auto/diesel industry works. While I had the opportunity to work on HMMWVs, LVSRs, as well as the Osh Kosh 7 ton trucks I was involved with everything from parts ordering, diagnostics, engine teardown, as well as armor plating.
