I first met Jake in 2009 in the British Virgin Islands working for ActionQuest. We have worked together fulltime in the Florida office in various roles and on a multitude of projects for over 8 years. Operationally, I watched Jake successfully lead groups of students to achieve their goals of becoming certified professional Divemasters. He is a very hard worker and would always find a way to help our students complete their course. Jake is humble, funny, and works well in high-pressure environments. Jake has very clear communication with his students and staff. I have watched Jake remain a mentor to these students long after the program ends and to this day he remains in touch with many of them. He is very well-liked and respected by his students and fellow staff members.
