Bio
Blair Northen Williamson
I first met Jake in 2009 in the British Virgin Islands working for ActionQuest. We have worked together fulltime in the Florida office in various roles and on a multitude of projects for over 8 years. Operationally, I watched Jake successfully lead groups of students to achieve their goals of becoming certified professional Divemasters. He is a very hard worker and would always find a way to help our students complete their course. Jake is humble, funny, and works well in high-pressure environments. Jake has very clear communication with his students and staff. I have watched Jake remain a mentor to these students long after the program ends and to this day he remains in touch with many of them. He is very well-liked and respected by his students and fellow staff members. Professionally, I work very closely with Jake on most projects; creating marketing campaigns, business development, sales, and customer service. I can always count on Jake to be a supportive and encouraging teammate who will reply promptly to questions or ideas with honesty. He is knowledgeable, resourceful, and a true pleasure to work with.

"Easily recognizable by the constant smile on his face, Jake is the director of the Divemaster program and manages our introductory dive programs. Jake has experience diving all over the world, from the murky, freezing waters of the Great Lakes to the warm, clear waters of the Caribbean. After retuning home from a life changing trip with ActionQuest in 2005, Jake knew he had to become involved with the program. Now as a skipper and PADI instructor, Jake strives to provide his shipmates with the same incredible experience he had as a student. Jake recently made the move to Sarasota, and manages enrollment and business development for ActionQuest."
