  I was a Co-op student at the University of Maine Steam Plant, where I: • Performed maintenance on equipment such as steam turbines, feedwater pumps, and various types of valves.• Maintained the chemical levels of the feedwater to the boilers.• Took readings at the Alfond Ice Arena, as well as the transferring of Ethylene Glycol in the to ‘Ice Kube’ refrigeration units.• Water washed the inside of the boilers to prepare for inspection.
