Jacob participated in a workshop I organized with Ambianti about innovative user interaction with smart lighting systems in a restaurant context. Although we had never met before, I found Jacob to be a natural leader of the sub-group he worked with and came up with excellent ideas that I am sure we will take further. I also found him pro-active while at the same time a good listener to other's viewpoints. Jacob has excellent communication skills that also became obvious during our workshop. I would gladly collaborate with Jacob on a future interaction design project.
