I had the opportunity to work with Jacob when he was a student at Sterling College. Jacob is a genuine person and a natural leader. Jacob's larger-than-life personality draws others to him and I've seen him reach out to and befriend others who are not nearly as outgoing and confident as Jacob is. In a time when genuine politeness is rather rare, Jacob sticks out as one who is polite to others around him. Jacob is also a leader. I've observed him serve effectively as an official in student government. Maybe more importantly, I've seen him use his natural leadership skills to move others toward a goal in more informal settings when his peers chose to follow him. It has been my pleasure to see Jacob develop into the leader he is today--I certainly look forward to seeing him succeed in his career.
