At Reynolds & Reynolds I have been tasked with two different specific jobs. As a Benchmark Analyst I will take sales and service data from our customers and input them into a Benchmark document. From there it will help show all sorts of data from the customers sales and service records. This will help the customers determine what they should change or keep in the future to bring in the maximum profits possible.As Data Transformation Analyst was to transform customer data for use in engaging, targeted, business to customer multi-channel marketing campaigns. I would take car dealership recommendations and make the data more useful to customers of those dealerships. I would delete unnecessary information and complete information that was shortened. All of this is done via Microsoft Excel with use of macros and other advanced tools on Excel. As I reached a longer tenure, I was able to help out other co-workers on questions and problems they ran into even if I was in a remote location. I have now been tasked to work on a project to simplify the whole process by creating a database of entries. Show less

At Penn Station my main task as a Crew Member was a variety of options. I was assigned to a new station daily while working there. I cooked and handled food, handled any customer service via taking orders, being cashier or any problems that arises during work. I was very flexible with what I could do there, my managers saw that and was one of the black shirts they trusted with opening and closing the store.
