Jacob is everything and more of what he states in his description of duties. After working with him for over 3 years, he out performed expectations and went above and beyond to achieve the highest standards. He led initiatives to modern quality code, created a cohesive engineering standard for many teams, reinforced honesty for quality, and was a true teammate always when we needed. I worked with him both at Instantly Inc. and SSI and at all times, he always was focused, detail oriented, productive, fast paced, and had quality code. As a QA Engineer working together on our companies' product, he always ensured to aid me with tips to better drill down to the source of the bug for higher efficiency and transfer of knowledge. I am so grateful to have been able to learn from him. He is excellent in what he does as an Engineer and has a great personality. I would recommend him to anyone.

Jacob was my team leader for nearly a year. It stands out as a very capable, and "attentive to every detail" person. Demonstrated great dedication and skill in the design of the system architecture. Always attentive to the team, and with any questions that came up, did not hesitate to help and explain, no matter how long it takes. It shows a lot of passion for what he does, and that was reflected in the project. It really was a great experience working with him.
