Integration, debugging, and testing of various 5G open source software products to create a government owned 5G gNB. Including integration of OpenAirInterface5G with ZCU104/FMCOMMS2 eval board, cross compilation of x86 code for Arm A53 processor. Created C++ interface between OAI and ADI LibIIO DMA drivers for FPGA integration. Debugging 5G protocol stack. Deep understanding of LTE PHY layer. Integration and testing of LTE algorithms onto custom software defined radio (SDR) in C++. Receipt and transmission of LTE signals on custom SDR. Presented results to government and military leadership. Lead APL Aegis analysis for various Aegis BMD flight tests. Determined necessary pre-flight excursions and Monte Carlo analysis to cover target and system variability to ensure safe mission execution. Utilized lessons learned to influence future Aegis system design.
