  As part of a Sales Team covering various market sectors, I assist customers with enquiries, both by phone and email, providing quotes and information as required. I then liaise with various internal departments (logistics/production/accounts), suppliers and the customer with the aim of securing contracts to supply materials. Sales and Purchase Order Processing are a large part of my role. I use a variety of computer programmes in this role, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Microsoft Business Central. In September 2020 I took primary responsibility for the rail sector and have been instrumental in the growth of this sector of the business, while providing support to other departments.
