  I have enjoyed increasing responsibility over my time at O'Neill's, a busy independent Irish pub/restaurant in the centre of Uppsala. We are a particularly service-driven establishment, with a strong focus on providing excellent quality, sincere and friendly service to our patrons.   Beginning as a bartender in this specialist cask ale pub, I took the opportunity to be trained in the proper keeping and dispensing of cask conditioned real ale. I greatly expanded my breadth of knowledge of the product. I rose to the position of cellar supervisor, becoming responsible for the effective management of a small but densely-populated cellar, and took great pride in serving real ale to the high standard that was expected of the establishment. I was able to learn the basics of bartending and the service industry at large. During my time there, The One Tun transitioned from a relatively quiet - for its central London location - pub to a considerably busier one.
