I worked as part of the final step to concluding our customer’s PV projects. I ensured project completeness, compliance with municipalities and governing agencies, and facilitated scheduling of inspections with our homeowners. I started at Ion Solar as a PV installer, but transitioned toward service calls in order to troubleshoot residential solar systems. I also vetted projects for install soundness in order to pass inspection, while also participating in project management.
