- Manager for all apartment properties in Boston MA leased by CorpHousingGroup (now known as LuxUrban Hotels). All guests would report to me directly as a main point of contact for anything they needed throughout their stay. As in maintenance requests, wifi issues, extending reservations, etc. I was available 24/7. - Supervised a team of lower level managers who were responsible for certain apartments in different buildings throughout the city, based on location, who reported to me directly as their manager. - Handled tours on a weekly basis to clients who were interested in booking with our company. - Handled booking guests directly, any guest who did not want to book on a booking platform would contact me directly and I would send them a quote and negotiate a price. - Worked with property managers and leasing consultants on a daily basis, in regards to renewing or non-renewing our current leases and was informed by them if our current guests were causing any issues. - Oversaw multiple different cleaning staffs throughout my time here, I would draft their cleaning schedule on a daily basis and instruct them on which rooms were priorities, and which rooms were not. They would also send me inspection videos of each unit upon arrival, so I could evaluate if the last guest damaged the room in anyway, or left it in bad condition. After the cleaning was completed, the cleaners would send me a video of the apartment with pictures included, and I would send one of my lower level managers to inspect the unit prior to the next guests arrival.
