  - I coached under 14 Rugby boys - I taught the pupils the basic and essential skills in becoming the best rugby players they can be- I believe in positive coaching. The Pupils strengths were highlighted in each session that I held. their weaknesses were worked on. - Brotherhood. The pupils were encouraged to cherish each moment with each other, especially on the field.- Enjoyment. The pupils play because they love the game. It is hard to find a similar feeling to scoring a try against your rivals on a local derby. It was highlighted during tough training sessions to hold on to that feeling.
