Camp Quality provides innovative programs and services to develop life skills and strengthen the wellbeing of children aged 0 – 13 growing up with cancer, and their families. I have now been involved with two middle camps, and they have been the most rewarding experiences. Camps provide kids impacted by cancer with a vital break to strengthen their wellbeing. Medical volunteers are on hand to ensure children’s health needs are always met. We run Kids’ Camps in every state. Mini Camp (4–6 years old), Junior Camp (7-9 years old) and Middle Camp (10-13 years old). Kids experience time away from their parents, filled with fun and optimism to help build resilience, independence and valuable life skills. Each child has a dedicated camp companion to ensure they are supported to have the best time.
