  At Dr. Melanie Orthodontics, I first started out in my Freshman year of High School as a Sterilization Technician with no prior background or knowledge in the field. I instantly fell in love with the Dental industry, and began to work my way up. I became the Treatment Coordinator Assistant in 2018 where I learned how to use the iTero scanner and got my X-Ray license, acquired my X-Ray license in 2019, and expanded my skills with patient care through scheduling and answering phone calls . Over the last three and a half years I've learned how to effectively communicate, how to make patients feel cared for, and how to use my skills and knowledge to benefit the team as a whole on a daily basis.
