Led Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy's KM project portfolio for the Product Integrity and Technology organisation. I developed the KM strategy, roadmap, and vision for KM in collaboration with team leads and stakeholders. In relation to this, I Managed projects for: - The development and deployment of organisation-wide Knowledge map to improve findability, accessibility, reuseability and sharing of key knowledge across departments. - The development of a Competencies Framework aimed at linking roles and connected competencies with training offerings. - The implementation and operation of various Communities of Practice (CoP) across the PI&TE organisation, by providing direction and expertise, delivering a CoP charter template, and a universal CoP Guidelines setup outlinong how to define, design, grow, perform and transform CoPs in the PI&TE organisation. -Supported the development of definition and implementation of corporate knowledge management processes and corporate level plans, tool catalogue, and policies across ESA. -Performed benchmarking and analysis of a wide range of CRM tools, and requirements definition, user needs identification, and statement of work creation, as part of a pilot project for the acquisition of such for Agency-wide adoption. -Oversaw the interface with ESA Member State delegates to determine needs and requirements, with regards to the alignment of ESA knowledge management activities. -Delivered recommendations for ESA and its Member States to further build collaborative efforts on alignment of knowledge management practices. - Presented to the International Astronautical Federation’s International Project/Programme Management Committee a set of recommendations in the frame of knowledge management, in collaboration with a team of international young professionals in the space industry.
